privind aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 33/2006 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 571/2003 privind Codul fiscal

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 33 din 19 aprilie 2006 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 571/2003 privind Codul fiscal, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 374 din 2 mai 2006, cu următoarea modificare:

- La articolul I punctul 2, articolul 158^1 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Registrul persoanelor impozabile înregistrate ca plătitori de taxă pe valoarea adăugată

Art. 158^1. - Ministerul Finanţelor Publice - Agenţia Naţională de Administrare Fiscală va lua măsuri pentru crearea unei baze de date electronice, care să conţină informaţii tranzacţiilor desfăşurate de persoanele impozabile înregistrate ca plătitori de taxă pe valoarea adăugată, în vederea realizării schimbului de informaţii în domeniul taxei pe valoarea adăugată cu statele membre ale Uniunii Europene."

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin.(2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
