pentru ratificarea Actelor adoptate de Congresul Uniunii Poştale Universale de la Beijing (1999)

În temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constituţia României şi ale art. 1 pct. I. 20 din Legea nr. 324/2001 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe,

Guvernul României adopta prezenta ordonanţă.

Articolul UNIC

Se ratifica următoarele Acte*) adoptate de Congresul de la Beijing al Uniunii Poştale Universale (1999):

- Al VI-lea Protocol adiţional la Constituţia Uniunii Poştale Universale;

- Regulamentul general al Uniunii Poştale Universale;

- Regulamentul interior al congreselor;

- Convenţia poştală universala şi protocolul sau final;

- Regulamentul poştei de scrisori şi protocolul sau final;

- Regulamentul privind coletele poştale şi protocolul sau final;

- Regulamentul serviciilor de plată ale poştei;

- Aranjamentul serviciilor de plată poştale.
