privind aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 180/2005 pentru ratificarea Acordului de împrumut, în valoare de 60,0 milioane dolari S.U.A., dintre România, reprezentată de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, şi Banca Internaţională pentru Reconstrucţie şi Dezvoltare pentru finanţarea proiectului "Economia bazată pe cunoaştere", semnat la Bucureşti la 8 decembrie 2005

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 180 din 14 decembrie 2005 pentru ratificarea Acordului de împrumut, în valoare de 60,0 milioane dolari S.U.A., dintre România, reprezentată de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, şi Banca Internaţională pentru Reconstrucţie şi Dezvoltare pentru finanţarea proiectului "Economia bazată pe cunoaştere", semnat la Bucureşti la 8 decembrie 2005, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.166 din 22 decembrie 2005, cu următoarea modificare:

- La articolul 4, alineatul (1) va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 4. - (1) Contribuţia României la realizarea Proiectului, inclusiv impozitele şi taxele, contribuţiile angajatorului către bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat, bugetul asigurărilor pentru şomaj, bugetul Fondului naţional unic de asigurări sociale de sănătate, precum şi taxa pe valoarea adăugată aferentă serviciilor de consultanţă externă se asigură de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Comunicaţiilor şi Tehnologiei Informaţiei, din sumele prevăzute anual cu această destinaţie."

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
