LEGE nr. 499 din 4 octombrie 2001

pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 189/2000 privind stingerea unor obligaţii bugetare

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul 1

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 189 din 9 noiembrie 2000 privind stingerea unor obligaţii bugetare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 567 din 15 noiembrie 2000, cu următoarele modificări:

1. Articolul 1 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 1. - Începând cu data de 1 noiembrie 2000 şi până la data reluării navigaţiei pe Dunăre în zona oraşului Novi Sad obligaţiile faţă de bugetul de stat ale societăţilor comerciale de transport fluvial şi de operare portuara se sting în acelaşi cuantum cu sumele reprezentând accizele aferente cantităţilor de carburanţi utilizaţi efectiv pentru funcţionarea navelor în condiţiile prevăzute la art. 2."

2. Alineatul (1) al articolului 2 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 2. - (1) În vederea stingerii obligaţiilor faţă de bugetul de stat societăţile comerciale prevăzute la art. 1 vor depune în termen de 10 zile de la expirarea lunii, pentru luna precedenta, la organele teritoriale ale Ministerului Finanţelor Publice în a căror evidenta se afla, situaţia centralizatoare a cantităţilor de carburanţi utilizaţi pentru funcţionarea navelor şi a accizelor aferente, al carei model va fi elaborat de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice."

3. Articolul 5 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 5. - Ministerul Finanţelor Publice va elabora norme metodologice de aplicare, în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei ordonanţe de urgenţă."

Articolul 2

Anexa la Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 189/2000 se abroga.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor în şedinţa din 12 iunie 2001, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constituţia României.
