pentru aprobarea Normelor privind sistemul de cooperare pentru asigurarea funcţiei de audit public intern

În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. V alin. (2) din Legea nr. 191/2011 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 672/2002 privind auditul public intern,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 1

Se aprobă Normele privind sistemul de cooperare pentru asigurarea funcţiei de audit public intern, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 2

În termen de 90 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, entităţile publice care îşi asigură funcţia de audit intern prin sistemul de cooperare vor proceda la actualizarea normelor proprii privind exercitarea activităţii de audit intern cu cerinţele specifice create de normele prevăzute la art. 1.
