În temeiul prevederilor Legii nr. 42/1993 privind accizele la produsele din import şi din ţara, precum şi impozitul la ţiţeiul din producţia interna şi gazele naturale,

Guvernul României hotărăşte:

Articolul 1

Impozitul la gaz metan, gaz de sonda, precum şi la amestecul de gaze naturale din producţia interna şi din import, livrate consumatorilor finali, prevăzut la poziţia 2 din anexa nr. 2 la Legea nr. 42/1993, astfel cum a fost modificat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 39/1994, este de:

- 25.500 lei/1.000 mc - pentru Regia Autonomă "Romgaz";

- 30.550 lei/1.000 mc - pentru Regia Autonomă "Petrom".

Articolul 2

Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 39/1994 privind corectarea impozitului prevăzut la poziţia 2 din anexa nr. 2 la Legea nr. 42/1993 se abroga.
