COMISIA NAŢIONALA A VALORILOR MOBILIARE
Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 327 din 25 noiembrie 1997În conformitate cu prevederile art. 98 din Legea nr. 52/1994 privind valorile mobiliare şi bursele de valori,
având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 6, 13 şi 14 din aceeaşi lege,
Preşedintele Comisiei Naţionale a Valorilor Mobiliare emite următorul ordin:
Pe data prezentului ordin se aproba Regulamentul nr. 9/1997 privind cerinţele, criteriile de înregistrare şi procedurile de autorizare a societăţilor de registru independent privat şi se dispune publicarea acestuia în Monitorul Oficial al României.
Departamentul reglementarea pieţei şi intermediere financiară şi Departamentul logistic vor aduce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
Prezentul regulament intră în vigoare la data semnării ordinului.
