În temeiul prevederilor art. 107 alin. (1) şi (3) din Constituţia României, precum şi ale art. 1 lit. i) din Legea nr. 134/1997 pentru abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa:

Articolul UNIC

Articolul 14 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 65/1994 privind organizarea activităţii de expertiza contabila şi a contabililor autorizaţi, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 243 din 30 august 1994, aprobată şi modificată prin Legea nr. 42/1995, se completează cu un nou alineat, care va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 14. - Onorariile stabilite pentru expertizele contabile dispuse în cursul procesului penal, din oficiu, potrivit art. 116 din Codul de procedură penală, în cauzele privind infracţiunile de corupţie, crima organizată şi alte cauze cu consecinţe deosebit de grave, vor fi avansate de la bugetul statului de Ministerul Finanţelor, prin direcţiile finanţelor publice şi controlului financiar de stat judeţene ori a municipiului Bucureşti, urmând a se recupera ulterior, conform hotărârii judecătoreşti definitive, ce se va comunică în acest scop şi autorităţii care a efectuat plata."
