pentru ratificarea Convenţiei europene revizuite în materia adopţiei de copii, adoptată la Strasbourg la 27 noiembrie 2008 şi semnată de România la Strasbourg la 4 martie 2009

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul 1

Se ratifică Convenţia europeană revizuită în materia adopţiei de copii, adoptată la Strasbourg la 27 noiembrie 2008 şi semnată de România la Strasbourg la 4 martie 2009, denumită în continuare convenţie.

Articolul 2

Cu ocazia depunerii instrumentului de ratificare, România formulează următoarea rezervă:

"Potrivit art. 27 alin. (1) din convenţie, România declară că nu va aplica dispoziţiile art. 7 alin. (1) lit. a) pct. (îi) potrivit cărora este permisă adopţia unui copil de către două persoane de sex diferit care au încheiat un parteneriat înregistrat."

Articolul 3

În conformitate cu dispoziţiile art. 15 din convenţie se desemnează Oficiul Român pentru Adopţii ca autoritate naţională căreia i se pot adresa cererile formulate în temeiul acestui articol.

Articolul 4

Potrivit prevederilor art. 2 din convenţie, Oficiul Român pentru Adopţii va notifica Secretariatului General al Consiliului Europei măsurile luate pentru asigurarea conformităţii legislaţiei naţionale cu dispoziţiile convenţiei.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
