În temeiul art. 107 alin. (1) şi (3) din Constituţia României şi al art. 1 lit. i) din Legea nr. 221/1997 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa:

Articolul UNIC

Articolul 27 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 25/1995 privind reglementarea organizării şi finanţării activităţii de cercetare-dezvoltare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 194 din 25 august 1995, astfel cum a fost aprobată, modificată şi completată prin Legea nr. 51/1996, prin Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 8/1997, prin Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 58/1997 şi prin Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 91/1997, se abroga.
