REZOLUTIE nr. FAL.10(35) din 16 ianuarie 2009

la amendamente la anexa la Convenţia din 1965 privind facilitarea traficului maritim internaţional

EMITENT

ORGANIZAŢIA MARITIMĂ INTERNAŢIONALĂ

Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 662 din 20 septembrie 2012

Comitetul de Facilitare,

reamintind art. VII (2)(a) din Convenţia privind facilitarea traficului maritim internaţional, 1965, astfel cum a fost amendată, denumită în continuare Convenţia, privind procedura de modificare a anexei la Convenţie,

reamintind şi funcţiile conferite de Convenţie Comitetului de Facilitare în vederea examinării şi adoptării amendamentelor la Convenţie,

luând în considerare, în cadrul celei de a treizeci şi doua sesiuni a sa, amendamentele la anexa la Convenţie propuse şi difuzate în conformitate cu art. VII (2)(a) din Convenţie,

1. adoptă, în conformitate cu art. VII (2)(a) din Convenţie, amendamentele la Convenţie, ale căror texte sunt prevăzute în anexa la prezenta rezoluţie;

2. hotărăşte, în conformitate cu art. VII (2)(b) din Convenţie, că amendamentele trebuie să între în vigoare la 15 mai 2010, în afară de cazul în care, înainte de 15 februarie 2010, cel puţin o treime din guvernele contractante au trimis o notificare în scris secretarului general, în care specifică faptul că nu acceptă amendamentele;

3. solicită secretarului general, în conformitate cu art. VII (2)(a) din Convenţie, să comunice tuturor guvernelor contractante amendamentele conţinute în anexă;

4. solicită în plus secretarului general să notifice tuturor guvernelor semnatare adoptarea şi intrarea în vigoare a acestor amendamente.
