În temeiul prevederilor art. 107 alin. (1) şi (3) din Constituţia României şi ale art. 1 lit. a) din Legea nr. 221/1997 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa:

Articolul UNIC

Anexele nr. 1 şi 3 la Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 82/1997 privind regimul accizelor şi al altor taxe indirecte, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 380 din 29 decembrie 1997, se modifica după cum urmează:

1. Poziţiile nr. 9-11 din anexa nr. 1 vor avea următorul cuprins:


"Nr. crt.	Denumirea produsului şi a grupei de produse	U.M.	Acciza (ECU/U.M.)
C.	Produse petroliere
9.	Benzină premium, regular şi normală	tonă	85
10.	Benzină fără plumb	tonă	80
11.	Motorină auto (combustibil pentru motoare Diesel)	tonă	45"

2. Cuprinsul anexei nr. 3 va fi următorul:


"Nr. crt.	Denumirea produsului şi a grupei de produse	U.M.	Impozitul (ECU/U.M.)
1.	Ţiţei	tonă	4
2.	Gaze naturale	1.000 m3	7,5
Impozitul la ţiţeiul şi la gazele naturale din producţia internă se datorează pentru cantităţile livrate, exclusiv cantităţile livrate cu titlu de redevenţă."
