LEGE nr. 99 din 12 aprilie 2013

pentru aprobarea Ordonanței Guvernului nr. 24/2011 privind unele măsuri în domeniul evaluării bunurilor

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul I

Se aprobă Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 24 din 30 august 2011 privind unele măsuri în domeniul evaluării bunurilor, adoptată în temeiul art. 1 pct. I.12 din Legea nr. 131/2011 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanțe, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 628 din 2 septembrie 2011, cu următoarele modificări:

1. La articolul 20 alineatul (2), litera b) se abrogă.

2. La articolul 20 alineatul (2), litera c) va avea următorul cuprins:

c) cel puțin un membru al consiliului de administrație sau administratorul unic al societății reglementate de Legea societăților nr. 31/1990, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, să dețină calitatea de evaluator autorizat; ...

Articolul II

(1) Denumirea "Uniunea Națională a Evaluatorilor Autorizați din România", respectiv "Uniunea" din cuprinsul Ordonanței Guvernului nr. 24/2011 privind unele măsuri în domeniul evaluării bunurilor se înlocuiește cu denumirea "Asociația Națională a Evaluatorilor Autorizați din România", respectiv "Asociația".(2) În cuprinsul celorlalte acte normative în vigoare, denumirea "Uniunea Națională a Evaluatorilor Autorizați din România" se înlocuiește cu denumirea "Asociația Națională a Evaluatorilor Autorizați din România".

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 și ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituția României, republicată.
