pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 43/2013 privind unele măsuri pentru dezvoltarea şi susţinerea fermelor de familie şi facilitarea accesului la finanţare al fermierilor

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 43 din 15 mai 2013 privind unele măsuri pentru dezvoltarea şi susţinerea fermelor de familie şi facilitarea accesului la finanţare al fermierilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 364 din 19 iunie 2013, cu următoarea modificare:

- La articolul 2, litera a) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:

"a) teren agricol - terenurile agricole productive - terenurile arabile, viile, livezile, pepinierele viticole, pomicole, plantaţiile de hamei şi duzi, păşunile, fâneţele, serele, solarele, răsadniţele şi altele asemenea - cele cu vegetaţie forestieră, dacă nu fac parte din amenajamentele silvice, păşunile împădurite cu consistenţă mai mică de 0,4, cele ocupate cu construcţii şi instalaţii agrozootehnice, amenajările piscicole şi de îmbunătăţiri funciare, drumurile tehnologice şi de exploatare agricolă, platformele şi spaţiile de depozitare care servesc nevoilor producţiei agricole şi terenurile neproductive, amenajate şi folosite pentru producţia agricolă;".

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
