COMISIA NAŢIONALA A VALORILOR MOBILIARE
Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 27 din 26 ianuarie 1999În temeiul art. 11 alin. 1 din Legea nr. 52/1994 privind valorile mobiliare şi bursele de valori,
având în vedere Instrucţiunile nr. 1/1999 privind transferul registrelor acţionarilor societăţilor comerciale între doua registre independente, astfel cum au fost adoptate de către Comisia Naţionala a Valorilor Mobiliare,
în baza art. 13, 14 şi 98 din Legea nr. 52/1994,
Preşedintele Comisiei Naţionale a Valorilor Mobiliare emite următorul ordin:
Se aprobă aplicarea Instrucţiunilor nr. 1/1999 privind transferul registrelor acţionarilor societăţilor comerciale între doua registre independente şi se dispune publicarea lor în Monitorul Oficial al României.
Departamentul reglementarea pieţei şi intermediere financiară şi Secretariatul general vor aduce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
