pentru sprijinirea exporturilor

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul 1

Impozitul pe profit se reduce cu 50% în cazul contribuabililor care încasează venituri din exportul de bunuri şi servicii, precum şi din prestări de servicii internaţionale, pentru partea din profitul impozabil care corespunde ponderii acestor venituri în volumul total al veniturilor.

Articolul 2

(1) Anual, prin legea de aprobare a bugetului de stat, vor fi prevăzute sume pentru bonificarea tuturor dobânzilor aferente creditelor contractate de către agenţii economici pentru export. ... (2) Guvernul va iniţia şi va finanta acţiuni de promovare a exporturilor, prin organizarea de târguri şi expoziţii, simpozioane şi conferinţe. ... (3) Sumele necesare finanţării acţiunilor prevăzute la alin. (2) vor fi evidentiate distinct în bugetul de stat şi nu vor fi mai mici de 0,1% din volumul în valută al exportului realizat în anul anterior. ...

Articolul 3

La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi orice dispoziţii contrare se abroga.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor în şedinţa din 28 decembrie 1998, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constituţia României.
