În temeiul prevederilor art. 107 alin. (1) şi (3) din Constituţia României, precum şi al art. 1 pct. 2 lit. g) din Legea nr. 259/1998 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa:

Articolul UNIC

Alineatul 1 al articolului 3 din Legea nr. 105/1997 pentru soluţionarea obiectiunilor, contestaţiilor şi a plangerilor asupra sumelor constatate şi aplicate prin actele de control sau de impunere ale organelor Ministerului Finanţelor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 136 din 30 iunie 1997, se modifica după cum urmează:

"Împotriva hotărârii se poate depune, în termen de 15 zile de la data comunicării acesteia, la organele care au emis hotărârea, contestaţie care se soluţionează de direcţia generală a finanţelor publice şi controlului financiar de stat judeteana sau a municipiului Bucureşti, după caz."
