privind modul de impunere a veniturilor realizate din drepturi de autor al artiştilor plastici

Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 161 din 29 iulie 1991Guvernul României hotărăşte:
Prevederile art. 8, alineatul ultim, din H.C.M. 545/1970 se modifica, avînd următorul cuprins:
"Veniturile impozabile din drepturi de autor al artiştilor plastici profesionisti, membri ai Uniunii Artiştilor Plastici şi Fondului Plastic, se determina prin scăderea din veniturile brute realizate a unei cote forfetare de cheltuieli de 50% .
În cazul lucrătorilor de arta monumentala, pentru determinarea venitului impozabil din drepturi de autor, din venitul brut realizat se pot scade cheltuielile efective, pe bază de documente justificative".
