privind aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 62/1998 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 27/1994 privind impozitele şi taxele locale

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 62 din 28 decembrie 1998 pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 27/1994 privind impozitele şi taxele locale, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 517 din 30 decembrie 1998, cu următoarele modificări şi completări:

- La articolul I punctul 7, articolul 22 alineatul 1 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Taxa asupra mijloacelor de transport pe apa, care aparţin contribuabililor, se stabileşte anual, pentru fiecare mijloc de transport în parte, după cum urmează:

			- lei/an -

-	luntre, bărci fără motor, folosite pentru uz şi agrement personal		4.000
-	bărci fără motor, folosite în alte scopuri		28.000
-	bărci cu motor		80.000
-	bacuri, poduri plutitoare		60.000
-	şalupe		160.000
-	iahturi		2.000.000
-	remorchere şi împingătoare:
		până la 500 CP	200.000
		501-2.000 CP	400.000
		2.001-4.000 CP	600.000
		peste 4.000 CP	800.000
-	vapoare pentru fiecare 1.000 tdw sau fracţiune de tdw		200.000
-	ceamuri, şlepuri şi barje fluviale, în funcţie de capacitatea de încărcare:
		până la 1.500 tone	200.000
		1.501-3.000 tone	300.000
		peste 3.000 tone	500.000"

Această lege a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor în şedinţa din 28 iunie 1999, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constituţia României.
