pentru aderarea României la Convenţia cu privire la suprimarea cerinței supralegalizarii actelor oficiale străine, adoptată la Haga la 5 octombrie 1961

În temeiul art. 107 alin. (1) şi (3) din Constituţia României şi al art. 1 lit. C pct. 8 din Legea nr. 140/1999 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa:

Articolul 1

România adera la Convenţia cu privire la suprimarea cerinței supralegalizarii actelor oficiale străine, adoptată la Haga la 5 octombrie 1961.

Articolul 2

Cu ocazia depunerii instrumentului de aderare se va comunică depozitarului ca autorităţile române competente să aplice apostila prevăzută la art. 3 alin. 1 din convenţie sunt: Ministerul Justiţiei pentru actele menţionate la art. 1 lit. a), c) şi d) şi Ministerul Afacerilor Externe pentru actele oficiale prevăzute la art. 1 lit. b).
