pentru modificarea art. 5 din Legea nr. 128/1997 privind Statutul personalului didactic
PARLAMENTUL
Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 628 din 23 decembrie 1999Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.
Literele c) şi d) ale alineatului (1) şi literele a) şi b) ale alineatului (2) ale articolului 5 din Legea nr. 128/1997 privind Statutul personalului didactic, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 158 din 16 iulie 1997, se modifica şi au următorul cuprins:
Art. 5. - (1):
"c) în învăţământul secundar: profesor, profesor-psihopedagog, profesor-pedagog social, maistru-instructor;
d) în învăţământul special şi în comisiile de expertiza complexa: educatoare/educator, invatator, invatator itinerant, institutor, profesor, profesor itinerant, profesor de educaţie specială, profesor-psihopedagog, profesor-psiholog şcolar, profesor-logoped, profesor-pedagog social, maistru-instructor, invatator-educator, profesor-educator." ...Art. 5. - (2):
"a) în centrele de plasament: educatoare/educator, institutor-educator, invatator-educator, profesor-educator, profesor-logoped, profesor-psihopedagog, profesor-pedagog social;
b) în centrele şi cabinetele de asistenţa psihopedagogică: profesor-psihopedagog, profesor-psiholog, profesor-sociolog, profesor-pedagog social;" ...Această lege a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor în şedinţa din 16 noiembrie 1999, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (1) din Constituţia României.
