ORDONANŢA DE URGENŢĂ nr. 203 din 29 decembrie 1999

privind stabilirea unor forme de sprijin financiar pentru unităţile de cult cu venituri mici sau fără venituri, din cadrul Episcopiei Ortodoxe a Covasnei şi Harghitei

În temeiul art. 114 alin. (4) din Constituţia României,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa de urgenţă:

Articolul 1

Începând cu luna ianuarie 2000 se acordă pentru un număr de 250 de posturi ale personalului neclerical din unităţile de cult din cadrul Episcopiei Ortodoxe a Covasnei şi Harghitei, ca sprijin de la bugetul de stat, o contribuţie pentru asigurarea completării drepturilor salariale neacoperite din fondurile proprii, echivalenta cu nivelul salariului de baza minim brut pe ţara.

Articolul 2

Pentru numărul de posturi prevăzut la art. 1, cuantumul contribuţiei suplimentare acordate de la bugetul de stat, potrivit art. 1 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 38/1994 privind stabilirea unor forme de sprijin financiar pentru unităţile de cult cu venituri mici sau fără venituri şi acordarea de indemnizaţii unor ierarhi şi cadre din conducerea cultelor, aprobată prin Legea nr. 130/1994, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se stabileşte la nivelul salariului de baza minim brut pe ţara.

Articolul 3

Influentele financiare rezultate din acordarea contribuţiilor prevăzute la art. 1 şi 2, inclusiv pentru plata contribuţiei la Fondul asigurărilor sociale de stat, la Fondul pentru plata ajutorului de şomaj şi la Fondul de asigurări de sănătate, se asigura anual, prin bugetul Secretariatului de Stat pentru Culte, cu încadrarea în creditele bugetare acordate, potrivit legii.

Articolul 4

Cuantumul contribuţiilor prevăzute la art. 1 şi 2 se va majoră în raport cu creşterea salariului de baza minim brut pe ţara.

Articolul 5

Respectarea destinaţiei fondurilor de la bugetul de stat din care se suporta contribuţiile acordate potrivit art. 1 şi 2, inclusiv plata contribuţiei la Fondul asigurărilor sociale de stat, la Fondul pentru plata ajutorului de şomaj şi la Fondul de asigurări de sănătate, este supusă controlului Secretariatului de Stat pentru Culte şi celorlalte organe cu drept de control, potrivit legii.
