pentru ratificarea Convenţiei internaţionale pentru securitatea containerelor, încheiată la Geneva la 2 decembrie 1972

Publicat în BULETINUL OFICIAL nr. 91 din 12 august 1975

Consiliul de Stat al Republicii Socialiste România decretează:

Articolul 1

Se ratifica Convenţia internationala pentru securitatea containerelor, încheiată la Geneva la 2 decembrie 1972.

Articolul 2

La depunerea instrumentului de ratificare se va face următoarea declaraţie :

"Consiliul de Stat al Republicii Socialiste România considera ca prevederile articolului VII al Convenţiei internaţionale pentru securitatea containerelor, încheiată la Geneva la 2 decembrie 1972, nu sînt în concordanta cu principiul conform căruia tratatele internaţionale multilaterale al căror obiect şi scop interesează comunitatea internationala în ansamblul sau trebuie să fie deschise participării universale".

Articolul 3

Se autoriza Registrul naval român, din subordinea Ministerului Transporturilor şi Telecomunicatiilor, să efectueze încercările, inspectarea, autorizarea şi controlul stării tehnice a containerelor ce fac obiectul prezentei convenţii.
