ORDONANTA nr. 18 din 21 august 1992

privind încetarea activităţii Comisiei Naţionale pentru Standarde, Metrologie şi Calitate

În temeiul art. 107 alin. (3) din Constituţia României şi al Legii nr. 81/1992,

Guvernul României emite următoarea ordonanţa:

Articolul 1

Pe data prezentei ordonanţe, Comisia Naţionala pentru Standarde, Metrologie şi Calitate se reorganizează în organe de specialitate ale administraţiei publice centrale, după cum urmează:

a) Institutul Roman de Standardizare; ... b) Biroul Roman de Metrologie Legală; ... c) Oficiul pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor. ...

Pe aceeaşi dată, Institutul Naţional de Metrologie trece în subordinea Biroului Roman de Metrologie Legală.

Articolul 2

Guvernul, prin hotărîre, va dispune organizarea şi funcţionarea în subordinea sa a organelor de specialitate prevăzute la art. 1 lit. a)-c).

Comisia Naţionala pentru Standarde, Metrologie şi Calitate îşi încetează activitatea. Decretul nr. 86 din 1 februarie 1990 privind organizarea Comisiei Naţionale pentru Standarde, Metrologie şi Calitate se abroga.
