privind aprobarea Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 95/2021 pentru aprobarea Programului național de investiții "Anghel Saligny"

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

ARTICOL UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 95 din 3 septembrie 2021 pentru aprobarea Programului național de investiții „Anghel Saligny“, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 849 din 6 septembrie 2021, cu următoarele modificări și completări:

1. La articolul 3 se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul (2), cu următorul cuprins:

(2) Prin derogare de la alin. (1), pentru obiectivele de investiții prevăzute la art. 4 alin. (1) lit. e) sunt aplicabile dispozițiile art. 112 din Legea energiei electrice și a gazelor naturale nr. 123/2012, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.

2. La articolul 4 alineatul (1), litera b) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins:

b) sisteme de canalizare și stații de epurare a apelor uzate, inclusiv canalizare pluvială și sisteme de captare a apelor pluviale, și în unitățile administrativ-teritoriale cu o populație de sub 2.000 de locuitori; ...

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 și ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituția României, republicată.
