Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

ARTICOL UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 24 din 16 martie 2022 privind aprobarea și finanțarea unor programe de garantare în domenii prioritare pentru economia românească, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 266 din 18 martie 2022, cu următoarele modificări:– La articolul 10, alineatele (3) și (4) se modifică și vor avea următorul cuprins: ...

(3) Ipotecile imobiliare și/sau mobiliare prevăzute la alin. (1) și (2) se instituie în baza prevederilor prezentei ordonanțe de urgență, în favoarea statului român, reprezentat de Ministerul Finanțelor, prin F.N.G.C.I.M.M./F.R.C./F.G.C.R., după caz, și în favoarea instituției de credit proporțional cu riscul asumat de fiecare dintre părți și sunt valabile până la stingerea creanțelor datorate de beneficiari, în limita creditului contractat.(4) Ipotecile imobiliare și/sau mobiliare prevăzute la alin. (1) și (2) se înscriu în cartea funciară a imobilelor și/sau în Registrul național de publicitate mobiliară, respectiv în registrele de evidență și publicitate asimilate, după caz, în baza contractului de garantare.
