Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

ARTICOL UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 36 din 17 mai 2023 privind stabilirea cadrului general pentru închiderea programelor operaționale finanțate în perioada de programare 2014-2020, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 442 din 22 mai 2023, cu următoarea modificare:– La articolul 31, alineatul (6) se modifică și va avea următorul cuprins: ...

(6) Proiectul major «Creșterea gradului de acoperire și incluziune a sistemului de înregistrare a proprietăților în zonele rurale din România», finanțat în cadrul axei prioritare 11 a Programului operațional regional 2014-2020, se include în lista proiectelor etapizate, în conformitate cu dispozițiile art. 118 din Regulamentul (UE) 2021/1.060, și va continua în cadrul Programului operațional creștere inteligentă, digitalizare și instrumente financiare 2021-2027. În acest sens, autoritatea de management pentru Programul creștere inteligentă, digitalizare și instrumente financiare 2021-2027 se va subroga în drepturile și obligațiile autorității de management pentru Programul operațional regional 2014-2020, prin încheierea unui nou contract de finanțare pentru valoarea eligibilă finanțată în perioada 2021-2027.
