pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 77/1999 privind unele măsuri pentru prevenirea incapacităţii de plată

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 77 din 1 iunie 1999 privind unele măsuri pentru prevenirea incapacităţii de plată, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 256 din 4 iunie 1999, cu următoarele modificări:

1. Alineatul 1 al articolului 1 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Persoanele juridice, indiferent de forma de organizare şi de tipul de proprietate, în termen de 15 zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei ordonanţe de urgenţă vor organiza evidenta obligaţiilor de plată şi evidenta creanţelor, pe termene scadente, către orice creditor, respectiv de la orice debitor, după caz."

2. Partea introductivă a articolului 2 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 2. - Persoanele juridice vor întocmi situaţia privind sumele restante mai vechi de 30 de zile către orice creditor, respectiv de la orice debitor, persoana juridică, după caz, cu sediul în România, care va cuprinde:"

Această lege a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 26 martie 2001, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constituţia României.
