privind aprobarea Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 123/2023 pentru modificarea și completarea Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 36/2023 privind stabilirea cadrului general pentru închiderea programelor operaționale finanțate în perioada de programare 2014-2020

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul I

Se aprobă Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului nr. 123 din 28 decembrie 2023 pentru modificarea și completarea Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 36/2023 privind stabilirea cadrului general pentru închiderea programelor operaționale finanțate în perioada de programare 2014-2020, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1187 din 29 decembrie 2023.

Articolul II

În vederea închiderii financiare a programelor operaționale finanțate în perioada de programare 2014-2020, autoritățile de management 2014-2020, în colaborare cu autoritățile de management 2021-2027, au obligația de a elabora, în termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei legi, lista finală a proiectelor/operațiunilor care fac obiectul etapizării cu respectarea dispozițiilor art. 118 și 118a din Regulamentul (UE) 2021/1.060 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 24 iunie 2021 de stabilire a dispozițiilor comune privind Fondul european de dezvoltare regională, Fondul social european Plus, Fondul de coeziune, Fondul pentru o tranziție justă și Fondul european pentru afaceri maritime, pescuit și acvacultură și de stabilire a normelor financiare aplicabile acestor fonduri, precum și Fondului pentru azil, migrație și integrare, Fondului pentru securitate internă și Instrumentului de sprijin financiar pentru managementul frontierelor și politica de vize.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 și ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituția României, republicată.
