În temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constituţia României şi ale art. 39 din Legea nr. 345/2002 privind taxa pe valoarea adăugată,

Guvernul României adopta prezenta hotărâre.

Se aprobă Normele de aplicare a Legii nr. 345/2002 privind taxa pe valoarea adăugată, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 371 din 1 iunie 2002, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
