pentru modificarea Statutului profesiei de avocat

Consiliul Uniunii

Consiliul Uniunii Avocaţilor din România, în conformitate cu dispoziţiile art. 63 lit. b) din Legea nr. 51/1995 pentru organizarea şi exercitarea profesiei de avocat, republicată, hotărăşte modificarea Statutului profesiei de avocat, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 284 din 31 mai 2001, după cum urmează:

Articolul 1

La articolul 48, alineatul (2) va avea următorul cuprins:

"(2) Examenul de primire în profesie se organizează de Comisia Permanenta a Uniunii Avocaţilor din România. Comisia de examinare este formată din avocaţi şi este prezidata de un membru al Comisiei Permanente a Uniunii Avocaţilor din România, în conformitate cu regulamentul de examen adoptat de Consiliul Uniunii Avocaţilor din România conform art. 63 alin. (1) lit. c) din lege."

Articolul 2

Articolul 50 se completează cu alin. (5) cu următorul cuprins:

"(5) Cererea de înscriere la examen pentru dobândirea calităţii de avocat stagiar va fi însoţită în mod obligatoriu de doua recomandări privind asigurarea îndrumării profesionale pe perioada stagiului, întocmite în scris, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 56 alin. (2)-(4)."

Articolul 3

Modificările Statutului profesiei de avocat vor fi publicate în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
