ORDONANŢA DE URGENŢĂ nr. 138 din 17 octombrie 2002

pentru completarea art. 45 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 36/2002 privind impozitele şi taxele locale

În temeiul art. 114 alin. (4) din Constituţie,

Guvernul României adopta prezenta ordonanţă de urgenţă.

Articolul UNIC

La articolul 45 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 36/2002 privind impozitele şi taxele locale, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 670 din 10 septembrie 2002, după alineatul (2) se introduce alineatul (3) cu următorul cuprins:

"(3) Pentru şederea în staţiunile turistice, declarate conform legii, taxa se determina pe baza cotei stabilite de consiliile locale, între 0,5% şi 5%, la tarifele practicate de unităţile hoteliere pentru o noapte de cazare, indiferent de durata sejurului."
