ORDONANŢĂ DE URGENŢĂ nr. 71 din 23 septembrie 2004

privind acordarea unor facilităţi familiilor de pensionari

Având în vedere necesitatea adoptării rapide a unui cadru juridic care să permită familiilor de pensionari să utilizeze în întregime facilităţile de transport pe calea ferată,

în temeiul art. 115 alin. (4) din Constituţie, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta ordonanţă de urgenţă.

Articolul 1

Pensionarii din sistemul public de pensii, pensionarii din celelalte sisteme proprii de asigurări sociale, precum şi alte categorii de pensionari care beneficiază de 6 călătorii simple la transportul pe calea ferată, potrivit legii, pot utiliza pentru efectuarea transportului atât trenuri personale, trenuri accelerate, cât şi trenuri rapide.

Articolul 2

De facilităţile de transport pe calea ferată prevăzute la art. 1 beneficiază şi soţul sau soţia, după caz, cu încadrare în numărul total de călătorii la care are dreptul titularul.

Articolul 3

În termen de 45 de zile de la publicarea în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, a prezentei ordonanţe de urgenţă, Ministerul Transporturilor, Construcţiilor şi Turismului şi Ministerul Muncii, Solidarităţii Sociale şi Familiei vor supune aprobării Guvernului normele metodologice de aplicare şi decontare pentru aceste facilităţi.

Articolul 4

(1) Începând cu anul 2005 se acordă produse alimentare familiilor de pensionari, în cazul în care nu s-au utilizat tichetele de călătorie pe calea ferată la care au dreptul. ... (2) Prin hotărâre a Guvernului se va aproba modalitatea de compensare în produse alimentare a tichetelor de călătorie pe calea ferată neutilizate. ...
