În temeiul art. 10 alin. (6) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.574/2003 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Finanţelor Publice şi a Agenţiei Naţionale de Administrare Fiscală, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 112 alin. (7) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 92/2003 privind Codul de procedură fiscală, republicată,

ministrul finanţelor publice emite următorul ordin:

Articolul 1

Se aprobă Procedura de restituire şi de rambursare a sumelor de la buget, precum şi de acordare a dobânzilor cuvenite contribuabililor pentru sumele restituite sau rambursate cu depăşirea termenului legal, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Articolul 2

Direcţia generală de colectare a creanţelor bugetare, Direcţia economică şi administrativă, Direcţia juridică din cadrul Agenţiei Naţionale de Administrare Fiscală, precum şi direcţiile generale ale finanţelor publice judeţene, Direcţia generală a finanţelor publice a municipiului Bucureşti şi Direcţia generală de administrare a marilor contribuabili vor duce la îndeplinire prezentul ordin.

Articolul 3

Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
