pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 4/2005 privind recalcularea pensiilor din sistemul public, provenite din fostul sistem al asigurărilor sociale de stat

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 4 din 3 februarie 2005 privind recalcularea pensiilor din sistemul public, provenite din fostul sistem al asigurărilor sociale de stat, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 119 din 7 februarie 2005, cu următoarea completare:

- După alineatul (3) al articolului 4 se introduc alineatele (4) şi (5) cu următorul cuprins:

"(4) Instituţiile care eliberează, la solicitarea în scris a cetăţenilor, documentele necesare pentru constituirea dosarelor de recalculare a pensiilor nu vor încasa taxe pentru acest serviciu, documentele respective fiindu-le transmise şi prin poştă, în termenul legal, dacă aceştia o solicită.

(5) Persoanele care solicită eliberarea documentelor prevăzute la alin. (4) vor face dovada faptului că sunt îndreptăţite la scutirea de la plata acestor taxe, în baza unei declaraţii pe propria răspundere, însoţită de talonul de pensie." ...

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (1) din Constituţia României, republicată.
