pentru aprobarea Ordonanţei Guvernului nr. 13/1995 privind unele măsuri de accelerare a procesului de restructurare a regiilor autonome şi a societăţilor comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat, de intarire a disciplinei financiare şi de imbunatatire a decontărilor în economie

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 13/1995 privind unele măsuri de accelerare a procesului de restructurare a regiilor autonome şi a societăţilor comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat, de intarire a disciplinei financiare şi de imbunatatire a decontărilor în economie, emisă în temeiul art. 1 lit. b) din Legea nr. 1/1995 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe şi publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 26 din 3 februarie 1995, cu următoarele modificări şi completări:

a) Articolul 9 alineatul 3 va avea următorul cuprins: ...

"În cazul în care părţile care negociaza nu pot finaliza un acord de conciliere în termenul prevăzut la alineatul precedent, Ministerul Finanţelor împreună cu Consiliul pentru Coordonare, Strategie şi Reforma Economică, pentru regiile autonome, şi Fondul Proprietăţii de Stat împreună cu Fondul Proprietăţii Private la care este arondata societatea comercială şi Agenţia de Restructurare, pentru societăţile comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat, vor sprijini părţile pentru soluţionarea divergentelor într-un termen de 15 zile de la expirarea perioadei prevăzute la alin. 2 al prezentului articol."

b) Articolul 13 alineatul 1 va avea următorul cuprins: ...

"Art. 13. - La cererea agenţilor economici prevăzuţi la art. 2, băncile comerciale cu capital majoritar de stat vor proceda la reesalonarea creditelor restante la 31 decembrie 1994, precum şi a creditelor scadente la data concilierii, pe o perioadă de cel mult 3 ani, cu până la un an perioada de graţie."

Această lege a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 27 noiembrie 1995, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constituţia României.
