HOTĂRÂRE nr. 991 din 25 august 2005

pentru aprobarea Codului de etică și deontologie al polițistului

Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 813 din 7 septembrie 2005

În temeiul art. 108 din Constituția României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 1

Se aprobă Codul de etică și deontologie al polițistului, prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 2

În termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, prin ordin al ministrului administrației și internelor, vor fi nominalizate structurile responsabile cu aplicarea și evaluarea normelor Codului de etică și deontologie al polițistului, precum și atribuțiile specifice în acest domeniu.

Articolul 3

Pe data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 438/2004 pentru aprobarea Codului de etică și deontologie al polițistului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 314 din 9 aprilie 2004, se abrogă.
