pentru abrogarea unor acte normative

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Începând cu data aderării României la Uniunea Europeană, se abrogă:

a) Legea nr. 8/1994 privind constituirea şi utilizarea Fondului special pentru dezvoltarea şi modernizarea punctelor de control pentru trecerea frontierei, precum şi a celorlalte unităţi vamale, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 62 din 10 martie 1994, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare; ... b) Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 47/1998 privind constituirea şi utilizarea Fondului special al aviaţiei civile, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 284 din 31 iulie 1998, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 212/2001; ... c) art. III şi V din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 32/2001 pentru reglementarea unor probleme financiare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 110 din 5 martie 2001, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 374/2001, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. ...

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
