privind înfiinţarea unor institute de cercetări

Guvernul României hotărăşte:

Articolul 1

Se înfiinţează, în subordinea Ministerului Industriei Electrotehnicii, al Electronicii şi Informaticii prin reorganizarea Institutului de cercetare ştiinţifică şi inginerie tehnologică pentru tehnica de calcul şi informatica Bucureşti, care se desfiinţează, următoarele institute:

1. Institutul de cercetări pentru informatica;

2. Institutul de cercetări pentru calculatoare electronice;

3. Institutul de cercetări pentru echipamente de calcul şi periferice.

Articolul 2

Centrele teritoriale de calcul electronice trec din subordinea fostelor consilii populare judeţene în subordinea Ministerului Industriei Electrotehnicii, al Electronicii şi Informaticii.

Articolul 3

În cadrul Ministerului Industriei Electrotehnicii, al Electronicii şi Informaticii se înfiinţează Direcţia generală de informatica.
