LEGEA nr. 36 din 7 decembrie 1990

privind autorizarea guvernului de a stabili sau modifica taxe şi impozite

Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 137 din 8 decembrie 1990

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul 1

Guvernul va putea stabili sau modifica taxe şi impozite ce constituie venit pentru bugetul statului.

Prevederile alin. 1 se aplică numai pe o perioadă de 6 luni de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi.

Articolul 2

Pînă la expirarea termenului de 6 luni, guvernul va supune spre adoptare parlamentului legea pentru aprobarea taxelor şi impozitelor stabilite sau modificate potrivit art. 1.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa sa din ziua de 29 noiembrie 1990.

promulgăm Legea privind autorizarea guvernului de a stabili sau modifica taxe şi impozite şi dispunem publicarea sa în Monitorul Oficial al României.
