Articolul VII

După articolul 7 din Legea nr. 7/2006 privind statutul funcționarului public parlamentar, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 35 din 16 ianuarie 2006, se introduce un nou articol, articolul 7^1, cu următorul cuprins:

Articolul 7^1

(1) Se înființează funcția de reprezentant permanent al Camerei Deputaților pe lângă Parlamentul European, ca angajat contractual al Camerei Deputaților.(2) Salarizarea și celelalte drepturi bănești ale persoanei care are calitatea de reprezentant permanent al Camerei Deputaților, pe perioada misiunii sale în străinătate, se stabilesc de către Secretarul General al Camerei Deputaților, cu aprobarea Biroului Permanent al Camerei Deputaților, cu respectarea legislației în vigoare, ținându-se seama de rolul, răspunderea, complexitatea și importanța socială a funcției exercitate.(3) Se autorizează Ministerul Economiei și Finanțelor să introducă modificările corespunzătoare în structura bugetului Camerei Deputaților pe anul 2007.
