LEGE nr. 149 din 1 iunie 2007

pentru completarea art. 44 din Legea nr. 128/1997 privind Statutul personalului didactic

Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 388 din 8 iunie 2007

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul I

Art. 44 din Legea nr. 128/1997 privind Statutul personalului didactic, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 158 din 16 iulie 1997, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează:

- După alineatul (4) se introduc două noi alineate, alineatele (4^1) şi (4^2), cu următorul cuprins:

"(4^1) În învăţământul primar, orele de educaţie fizică prevăzute în planurile de învăţământ sunt predate de profesori cu studii superioare de specialitate, fiind incluse în norma acestora sau prin plata cu ora ori cu cumul.

(4^2) În situaţia în care predarea orelor de educaţie fizică nu se poate face de profesor cu studii de specialitate, acestea sunt predate de învăţătorul/institutorul clasei."

Articolul II

Legea nr. 128/1997 privind Statutul personalului didactic, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 158 din 16 iulie 1997, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi cu completările aduse prin prezenta lege, se va republica în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, dându-se textelor o nouă numerotare.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (1) din Constituţia României, republicată.
