Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 695 din 12 octombrie 2007În conformitate cu art. 22 din Legea nr. 372/2005 privind performanţa energetică a clădirilor,
în temeiul art. 10 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 361/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Dezvoltării, Lucrărilor Publice şi Locuinţelor, al art. 11 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 386/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Economiei şi Finanţelor, cu modificările ulterioare, precum şi al art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 30/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Internelor şi Reformei Administrative,
ministrul dezvoltării, lucrărilor publice şi locuinţelor, ministrul economiei şi finanţelor şi ministrul internelor şi reformei administrative emit următorul ordin:
Se aprobă Normele metodologice privind performanţa energetică a clădirilor, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
