LEGE nr. 308 din 13 noiembrie 2007

pentru aderarea României la Protocolul din 1978 privind Convenţia internaţională din 1974 pentru ocrotirea vieţii omeneşti pe mare (Convenţia SOLAS), adoptat la Londra la 17 februarie 1978, astfel cum acesta a fost modificat prin amendamentele din 1981, respectiv 1988

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articolul 1

România aderă la Protocolul din 1978 privind Convenţia internaţională din 1974 pentru ocrotirea vieţii omeneşti pe mare (Convenţia SOLAS), adoptat la Londra la 17 februarie 1978, astfel cum acesta a fost modificat prin amendamentele din 1981, respectiv 1988.

Articolul 2

Proprietarii şi operatorii navelor maritime care arborează pavilionul român sunt obligaţi să respecte standardele internaţionale de siguranţă, de prevenire a poluării, precum şi condiţiile de muncă şi viaţă la bord, cuprinse în Protocolul din 1978 şi în amendamentele din 1981 şi 1988 la acesta, prevăzute la art. 1.

Articolul 3

Ministerul Transporturilor va lua măsurile necesare în vederea punerii în aplicare a prevederilor protocolului şi ale amendamentelor prevăzute la art. 1.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
