privind aprobarea Regulamentului de măsurare a cantităţilor de gaze naturale tranzacţionate în România

EMITENT

AUTORITATEA NAŢIONALĂ DE REGLEMENTARE ÎN DOMENIUL ENERGIEI

Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 489 din 1 iulie 2008

Având în vedere prevederile art. 8 alin. (1) lit. d) coroborate cu prevederile art. 17 lit. g) din Legea gazelor nr. 351/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

în temeiul dispoziţiilor art. 3 alin. (3) din Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare al Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 410/2007,

preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei emite prezentul ordin.

Articolul 1

Se aprobă Regulamentul de măsurare a cantităţilor de gaze naturale tranzacţionate în România, prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Articolul 2

La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă Decizia preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 1.304/2006 privind aprobarea Regulamentului de măsurare a cantităţilor de gaze naturale tranzacţionate pe piaţa angro, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.014 din 20 decembrie 2006, cu modificările ulterioare, şi Decizia preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Gazelor Naturale nr. 665/2005 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului de măsurare a cantităţilor de gaze naturale tranzacţionate la consumatorii captivi, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 873 din 29 septembrie 2005, cu modificările ulterioare.

Articolul 3

Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
