LEGE nr. 128 din 21 iulie 2000

privind aprobarea Ordonanţei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 30/1999 pentru modificarea art. 7 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 26/1993 privind Tariful vamal de import al României

Parlamentul României adopta prezenta lege.

Articolul UNIC

Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 30 din 25 martie 1999 pentru modificarea art. 7 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 26/1993 privind Tariful vamal de import al României, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 131 din 31 martie 1999, cu următoarele modificări şi completări:

- La articolul I, articolul 7 va avea următorul cuprins:

"Art. 7. - De asemenea, este scutit de taxe vamale importul următoarelor categorii de bunuri:

a) bunurile de origine română; ... b) bunurile reparate în străinătate sau bunurile care le înlocuiesc pe cele necorespunzătoare calitativ, returnate partenerilor externi în perioada de garanţie; ... c) bunurile care se înapoiază în ţara ca urmare a unei expedieri eronate; ... d) echipamentele pentru protecţia mediului, stabilite de Guvern la propunerea Ministerului Apelor, Pădurilor şi Protecţiei Mediului, Ministerului Industriei şi Comerţului şi Ministerului Finanţelor; ... e) bunurile din import, destinate a fi utilizate de asociaţii familiale şi unităţi din sectorul mestesugaresc, agricol şi al industriei mici, în cadrul unor programe şi acţiuni de ajutorare şi dezvoltare a activităţilor, finanţate de guvernele străine în baza unor acorduri sau tratate încheiate cu România; ... f) bunuri din import şi donaţii, reprezentând aparatura şi instrumente destinate institutelor Academiei Române şi instituţiilor de cultura; ... g) bunuri din import, reprezentând materii prime şi ambalaje pentru fabricile de medicamente." ...

Această lege a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 12 iunie 2000, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constituţia României.
