pentru majorarea limitelor amenzilor contravenţionale prevăzute de Legea protecţiei muncii nr. 90/1996, republicată, de Legea nr. 108/1999 pentru înfiinţarea şi organizarea Inspecţiei Muncii, precum şi de Legea nr. 130/1999 privind unele măsuri de protecţie a persoanelor încadrate în munca

În temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constituţia României şi ale art. 8 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 2/2001 privind regimul juridic al contravenţiilor,

Guvernul României adopta prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 1

Limitele amenzilor contravenţionale prevăzute la art. 41 din Legea protecţiei muncii nr. 90/1996, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 47 din 29 ianuarie 2001, se majorează după cum urmează:

a) de la 30.000.000 lei la 100.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 41 alin. (2); ... b) de la 35.000.000 lei la 70.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 41 alin. (3); ... c) de la 30.000.000 lei la 60.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 41 alin. (4); ... d) de la 25.000.000 lei la 50.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 41 alin. (5); ... e) de la 20.000.000 lei la 40.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 41 alin. (6); ... f) de la 10.000.000 lei la 20.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 41 alin. (7). ...

Articolul 2

Limitele amenzilor contravenţionale prevăzute la art. 20 şi 21 din Legea nr. 108/1999 pentru înfiinţarea şi organizarea Inspecţiei Muncii, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 283 din 21 iunie 1999, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se majorează după cum urmează:

a) de la 45.000.000 lei la 90.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 20; ... b) de la 30.000.000 lei la 100.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 21. ...

Articolul 3

Limitele amenzilor contravenţionale prevăzute la art. 14, 15 şi 16 din Legea nr. 130/1999 privind unele măsuri de protecţie a persoanelor încadrate în munca, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 355 din 27 iulie 1999, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se majorează după cum urmează:

a) de la 30.000.000 lei la 60.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 14; ... b) de la 50.000.000 lei la 100.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 15; ... c) de la 45.000.000 lei la 90.000.000 lei, pentru cele stabilite la art. 16. ...
