pentru aprobarea Normelor generale privind exercitarea activității de audit public intern

În temeiul art. 108 din Constituția României, republicată, și al art. V alin. (1) din Legea nr. 191/2011 pentru modificarea și completarea Legii nr. 672/2002 privind auditul public intern,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 1

Se aprobă Normele generale privind exercitarea activității de audit public intern, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Articolul 2

În termen de 90 de zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, entitățile publice care au constituite compartimente de audit public intern în baza Legii nr. 672/2002 privind auditul public intern, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare, vor elabora norme proprii privind exercitarea auditului public intern în conformitate cu cerințele specifice cuprinse în normele prevăzute la art. 1.

Articolul 3

La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri se abrogă:a) Ordinul ministrului finanțelor publice nr. 38/2003 pentru aprobarea Normelor generale privind exercitarea activității de audit intern, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 130 și 130 bis din 27 februarie 2003, cu modificările ulterioare; ... b) Ordinul ministrului finanțelor publice nr. 1.702/2005 pentru aprobarea Normelor privind organizarea și exercitarea activității de consiliere desfășurate de către auditorii interni din cadrul entităților publice, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 154 din 17 februarie 2006. ...
