AGENŢIA NAŢIONALA DE CONTROL AL EXPORTURILOR STRATEGICE ŞI ALINTERZICERII ARMELOR CHIMICE
Publicat în MONITORUL OFICIAL nr. 563 din 18 noiembrie 1999Preşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale de Control al Exporturilor Strategice şi al Interzicerii Armelor Chimice,
având în vedere prevederile art. 42 din Ordonanţa de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 158/1999 privind regimul exporturilor şi importurilor de produse strategice,
emite următorul ordin:
Se aprobă Normele metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 158/1999 privind regimul exporturilor şi importurilor de produse strategice.
